Automotive Technician – Join Our Team of Skilled Professionals

Location: Sleepy Eye
Employment: Full-time 
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00-5:00 (some Saturday's 8-12) 
 
About the Job: 

We’re looking for a dependable and experienced Automotive Technician to join our growing team. If you’re motivated, take pride in your work, and want to grow your skills in a busy, well-equipped shop—we want to talk to you.

This is a hands-on role with opportunities for flat-rate, hourly, or performance-based pay plans depending on your preference and skill level. You’ll be working on mostly Ford's but could be a wide range of makes and models, everything from oil changes to diagnostics and major repairs.

What you'll do: 

What We're Looking For: 

• 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician or mechanic preferred but not required
• Strong understanding of diagnostic tools and repair processes
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• ASE certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Team player with a good attitude and solid work ethic

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay starting at: $20/hour (Depending on experience- flat-rate or hourly plans available)
