  • Fun and lots of compliments

Look forward to driving daily. Strangers approach with compliments. Lack of torque steer from the rear wheel drive is wonderful. The low rpm driving torque is very well done. I thoroughly compared to European, korean and Japanese, as well as caddy and gmc. So many good choices but the massage seats and overall redesign package cinched it for us. The platinum and st versions have lots of tech, but are pricey. The xlt 4wd base model with 2.3 EcoBoost was impressive however, and with a very reasonable price. We opted for the st for features and the very exciting 3.0 EB.
  • Great SUV but a bit pricey compared to competition

Ride is quite smooth, engine is very powerful even with the small ecoboost. Interior on my XLT is superb so not sure why people are talking down on it. Love the exterior styling and the fact that they went back to rear drive and finally put the gas intake back on the drivers side. I HATE designs where it is on the passenger side. Standard tech is great and works very well. Pre collision sensor might be a little too sensitive but better than not enough. Headlight are great. Like I said above it is a bit pricey but I am loving it. I might have started noticing a little wind noise on the highway however but in routine driving it is so quiet you could hear a pin drop. Engine can turn off when at stop lights and such and it starts up very smoothly and quietly. That said I am getting 18mpg in more city than highway driving. I would definitely get it again however. I've only had it for 900 miles so my rating on Reliability is not really anything to go on.
  • Powerful engine, Poor quality workmanship

By Andy on Monday, January 06, 2020

Purchased car and exterior color wanted. Problem was two defects found immediately. Overhead roof lining was torn, rear defroster did not work. Quality control appears to be overlooked. Vehicle was excellent to drive with powerful engine. Driver seat could lower another inch to fit taller individuals. Steering wheel was excellent but could move outward another inch for taller individuals.
